Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Vanto, a Mac app made by Slenbder. By downloading, installing, or using Vanto, you agree to them.

Trial

Vanto includes a free, fully functional 14-day trial that starts the first time you open the app. After the trial ends, you need a license to keep using it. Your queue and settings are kept.

License

• A license is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
• It lets you use Vanto, for personal or work purposes, on up to three Macs that you own or control. To move it to another Mac, deactivate one from Vanto’s Settings.
• Future updates to Vanto are included.
• The license is for you. Please don’t share, resell, or publish your license key.

Vanto is licensed to you, not sold. I keep all rights to the app. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer Vanto, except where the law allows it.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy’s terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Permissions

Vanto needs macOS Accessibility permission to respond to its global shortcuts and to paste into other apps. You can turn off that permission at any time in System Settings.

No warranty

I work hard to make Vanto reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Please check what you paste, especially into important documents.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Slenbder is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from the use of Vanto. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Ending the license

If you break these terms, your license may be revoked. You can stop using Vanto at any time by deleting the app.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
